I Am a Beginner, Can I Still Do This Program?
YES! ... Our program is designed so that people of ALL fitness levels can experience success, lose weight and feel their best. Our training staff will modify exercises and/or scale the workouts to meet your specific needs.
How Many Days Should I Attend Each Week?
We recommend that you attend a minimum of (3) sessions per week, in addition to following your personal meal plan. For even better results, though, we recommend you workout with us 4X per week or more!
